first time in the Zuri, and very good experience for sure. Kind and helpful staffs, clean facilities. The room for superior and deluxe is spacious l, clean and functional. The breakfast have plenty variety, and tasteful, if have empty stomach and enough time just waste your time on breakfast. Will certainly comeback, especially with good promo please

There are improvements in breakfast, more varieties from Indonesian traditional food, especially Palembang food, to Western/Asian. Even there 's frozen yogurt machine available. I also ordered room service and their menu, green beans with prawns and special sauce was superb. However, it 's my second time staying here on business trip, and again, the concierges don't help me with my luggages or even offers their service despite they're just standing in front of the front doors, watching me loading my luggages to my car. Another one of my complains is the walls in the room are pretty thin, and now is holiday time so many families stay here and their childrens are loud, running around the halls, screaming, etc. I choose high floor due to this but welp, maybe the staff can't help it.
