From the beginning of my arrival, I was disappointed by the staff there. It was really unpleasant. The rules were too exaggerated and made up. Even a luxury hotel in a big city is not like that. The food was very, very bad, it was inedible, the menu only had 2 types with eggs as thin as tissue, and the sausages were dry and stale. I will never stay here again.

Breakfast was great cause lots of varieties to choose from & very delicious. The room however is not sound proof therefore we can hear the noise from next neighbour partying, drinking & talking at 2am.

The hotel staff was very helpful to me, I made a mistake when booking a room on a different date when checking in. Alhamdulillah, the staff gave me a solution. Thank you to the male staff who were on duty at the reception who were on duty at night on April 30th ๐ค๐

Tempatnya bersih banget. Sarapan nya juga enak. Ada kolam renang. Pelayannya semua ramah. Cuma tempat parkir yang agak kurang. Bakal jadi tempat tujuan utama kalau ke samosir lagi.
