Plus: smart room Minus: dirty room floor, wooden bathroom shower roof was about to come off but immediately asked for repair. The bed sheet had quite a large blood stain and the pillow case was yellow with lots of stains, making the skin itchy, after complaining and replacing it with a clean one, I could sleep comfortably without itching. My suggestion: bed sheets and pillow cases that are no longer suitable for use should not be used again.

The food is delicious even though yesterday I ordered the wrong one without breakfast but ordered food to the room, the service was fast and the food was delicious. I've stayed here for business activities so I know the food is top. The location is close to the city, coffee and breakfast are close, but if you have breakfast around the area it's really expensive 😄 so it's better to take a room with breakfast.

Good service. Friendly staff. Good food. Very strategic location. The room AC leaks. I was initially in room 605, moved to 601, the AC still leaked. Many of the floor coverings have come off. The TV channels are not very good, so it's a bit difficult to watch even though it's been fixed. Hopefully if I go there again, there will be changes.

All is great, our room being tidied every day. One of the room has air conditioner problem but the staff attended to the matter promptly. Breakfast was okay considering the price was cheap (if converting to MYR). The only thing that I would prefer if my room has window. Other 2 rooms has window except for my room.
