The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Perfect Location, Good Parking Space, well maintained especially for a hotel that is almost 10 years old. Good staff, Perfect size for the room. Value for money. You can upgrade the room with only 50K IDR for the one with the balcony. F&B are a bit pricy though. Prefer to have delivery from outside. Don't forget to try out Giannis restaurant next door. This hotel is perfect for business trip.

Two nights stay here, the location is a bit inside but no problem access. Clean room, cold AC, there is a basement for parking, there is hot water and supermarket. Staff is also friendly

When I go to Bandung, I always stay here. I'll explain the pros and cons of staying at this V Hotel.. hope it helps!
Advantages:
1. Spacious basement parking, besides the basement parking there is also a parking lot above near the lobby. There is always a 24-hour security guard ready to help if you want to park
2. Welcome drinks are provided, the check-in and checkout process is also not complicated, a deposit of 50k at the beginning
3. Spacious rooms, there are several types of rooms that provide balconies. But when I stay here, I often take the executive type because the balcony is a bit noisy, honey
4. Clean rooms, good facilities. The water heater works
5. Spacious & clean swimming pool is well maintained. There is also a gym even though it is small
6. Various breakfast menu choices
7. Close to PVJ
Disadvantages:
1. Lift access is not 24 hours. So if you have been out at night, you have to climb the stairs from the parking lot to the lobby
2. The breakfast menu is the same. So if you stay for 2-3 days, the food menu will definitely be the same, nothing changes. It's boring.. sorry to say the food is not really delicious. Standard 7/10
3. The type of room that has a balcony is usually noisy. Especially if it faces the lush cafe, it's noisy and hard to sleepπππ»

The location is indeed inside, but I think the atmosphere is very calm. The room is clean and the bathroom is clean. For breakfast, there are many choices. The taste is even better.

Management needs to improve the rooms, it's really lacking even though it's Value. Value doesn't mean making peace with noisy AC, broken plugs, broken phones, leaking showers, dirty sheets, right? But the service/hospitality is very good, in my opinion friendly.

there are 3 baby cockroaches. one was on the bed when I was sleeping and it was already killed. there are 2 more flying around. hmm even though I often stay here and just say sorry
