The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.

Perfect Location, Good Parking Space, well maintained especially for a hotel that is almost 10 years old. Good staff, Perfect size for the room. Value for money. You can upgrade the room with only 50K IDR for the one with the balcony. F&B are a bit pricy though. Prefer to have delivery from outside. Don't forget to try out Giannis restaurant next door. This hotel is perfect for business trip.

overall is good, especially the restaurant has a variety of food. only a little problem when I wanted to enter the room, the room key didn't work so it was set by the technician first, when I wanted to enter, I got a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. after complaining, I was immediately replaced with a new comfortable room.

V hotel is really good for rooms with balconies, with prices under 400, there is a swimming pool and rooms with balconies are really worth it 👍

Overall okay in terms of breakfast and facilities. Minus points: 1. The room AC leaked (to the point where it had to be collected using a kettle in the room and the water had to be thrown away several times) and it was difficult to call the operator/front office so we had to walk to the FO to report the leaking AC. What is the function of the telephone in the room? 2. Please try to make the swimming pool have 2 sides for children and adults. It is very difficult for children to swim but because the depth is 1.2m in the end the parents have to jump in too.

First time staying 2 nights here, Check in
smooth, deposit 50 thousand. In the lobby area there is a children's play area that my child immediately liked.
And provided a warm bandrek welcome drink complete with snacks ....
The room is fragrant and clean ... the bathroom is a bit narrow but clean and fragrant ...
The swimming pool is nice, provided a shower room and a large tire that is free to use, there is also a fitness room ...
Breakfast has many variations, very complete.
starting from white rice, fried rice, vermicelli, soy sauce chicken, chicken porridge, cuankie, boiled indomie, kupat tahu, liwet rice, various fruits and salads, roti jon and omelet bread stands that are very delicious, fried snacks from spring rolls, mini martabak, takoyaki, egg corner, and complete pastries .., and the taste is delicious but there is no fried sausage which is a favorite of many people ..

Next time I come here again if there is a promo price, hopefully it will be affordable.

The bedroom was dirty. It seems they didn't change the bed cover and pillow cover. My pillow was bit stinks and when I come the bathroom was damp. TV was quite old, it's only offer cable TV without internet connection. Let alone the bathroom, it doesn't have hand shower and hot water only run for 6minutes (you need to wait for 15 minutes to make it to warm again).
