The condition of the rooms is quite neat, clean and spacious, the location of the hotel is very strategic on the main road in the heart of Bengkulu city, the hotel staff are quite friendly, the food also suits my taste, the hotel parking lot is quite spacious, what felt less comfortable was room number 229 which I stayed in, the AC It wasn't cold enough, I reported it to the officer, he said the AC would be repaired, but until I checked out, the AC officer never came.
