Hotel room: clean, tidy, comfortable. The room price is quite competitive (can be said to be economical). Breakfast & Resto: okay, according to the price. Suggestion: the smoking area outside the GF lobby, should be cleaned often.

The location is quite close to Untag. The receptionist is friendly and checkin is not at the same time easy. The room is comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and quite a lot of choices.

Very good staff hospitality, including room service and restaurant. Very affordable menu prices and delicious taste. Comfortable, clean rooms, safe lighting, no dead bulbs, exhaust on, AC ok, additional mineral water with paid information, no refrigerator or cooler because the room type is standard. The hotel location is in the Jemursari area which is easy to access anywhere. The room price is appropriate for a 3 star with good service. Thank you, hopefully it will be maintained and get better

Totally comfortable, cold AC, hot water, free tea or coffee provided in the room, but unfortunately there were mosquitoes but it's okay, only 1, still totally comfortable, but my suggestion is to put the hotel slippers directly in the hotel so you don't have to keep calling.

Breakfast variety and taste are improved again. Also, the stock of breakfast food is always considered because I had breakfast at 08.15 and there were only scribbles left and some of them were already finished. Only one elevator is active so it takes a long time to wait. Parking vehicles will be difficult when it's busy.

The hotel staff is friendly, especially the FO. I was allowed to leave my bag even though I had checked out and didn't have to pay anything extra. The room wasn't scary, lol, I slept safely at 2:30. The hot water was flowing smoothly, the AC was cold, only the wifi was sometimes not working smoothly. There are many plugs in the lobby, you can charge for a while while waiting.
