This hotel is conveniently located between Namba station and Osaka station. making easy to travel around and to airport or Kyoto. small rooms as expected but clean and convenient. I recommend this hotel

All staff is very friendly with good english, very clean, strategic near shinsaibashi, dotonburi, minimarket, station. Very recommend hotel. Will come here again another time.

Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi is one of the best hotels my husband and I stayed in during our vacation in Japan. The area is close to shopping centers, dotonbori area, and the best part is the breakfast is so delicious! 🥺 I miss it huhuu.

The Location of the hotel is second to none. It 's in the center of Shinsaibashi 's shopping area. The distance to station is also only around 3 minutes. Convenience Store like Family Mart is only separated by a cafe. One unique thing happened on the day that we checked out. At that time it was raining, and we want to go to the station carrying big luggage, so we are standing at the front gate. Out of nowhere, there was a staff of the hotel that offered us umbrella. Not just one, but two, and it was for free. The cons:- We were given smoking room despite I booked for a non smoking room.- The AC in the room is connected to the Central Building 's AC, so because when I stayed there was still considered winter, the central AC is set to heater. So imagine we stayed at a smoking room with heater on. I will consider to stay in this hotel again on my next trip.

This hotel have a perfect location, very close to MRT. Located in the nice neighborhood of highend stores, the area felt safe and comfortable. The room is somewhat a tiny bit bigger than typical Japan city hotels rooms. No complaints and I would definitely stay herw again when visiting Shinsaibashi.

The hotel is really cool, near the Shinsaibashi metro, the amenities are free to pick up, there is a facility to send suitcases from Osaka to Kyoto, the staff is very helpful and friendly ❤ 🫶🏻.

Accommodation very close to shopping and Shinsaibashi Station. The reception is open 24 hours. The rooms are clean but the room size is quite small.

The hotel is bad, I asked for a non-smoking room but there wasn't one so the room smelled of cigarettes, the mattress was soft, it's far from the JR station, there's a metro but it's not too close, it's also quite a long walk to Dontonbori, basically I'm disappointed to stay here because the price is also expensive 1.3 million/night but the hotel is really old. Not worth it.

Good location, close to Shinsaibashi station. Family mart is just front of hotel, so you can easily buy your own breakfast or daily needs there. 1 kilometer by walk to Dotonbori, glico sign also. We staying for 3 night here. So recommended! We will consider to stay in here again if we visit Osaka again in the future.
