Close to everywhere, really cool. Friendly. The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable

Strategic location, if you stay here, it's best not to take breakfast because the food choices are not varied and all the food is cold.

Very nice stay, the location was perfect, very near to dotonbori and namba, quite far from JR station buat quite near from subway station. The bed was good and we got a nice view, a ferris wheel from nearby attraction. The minus just the room was too narrow, tipically the room at japan. But overall was awesome

Very impressive experience, the hotel is clean, comfortable staying 5 nights there every day the room is cleaned, near the center of the crowd going everywhere just by foot so really recommended, will return to stay again when visiting Osaka 😁👍🏻

Disappointed with the room that I got was not what I expected, I had 3 and took a triple bed room, gosh the suitcase couldn't open, This room didn't fit the price because I took the expensive price (there was a cheaper option for a standard room) all the rooms are the same.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to dotonburi where a lot of places to eat and only a few minutes walk to Shinsaibashi for shopping, the hotel rooms are quite large and clean, the hotel staff are very helpfull and friendly.

Very good location. For hotels there the room size is decent. Still okay stay with kids. not stingy. and very helpful staff. Clean too. If you go to Osaka, you will be there again.

The location is very strategic in the middle of the main tourist area of osaka on foot from the hotel 5 minutes have met dotonbori and Shinsainashi found halal and delicious food very easily here very recommended, hotel staff are also very helpful.

Very close to Tamba and Dotonburi, culinary paradise! To Namba Station is only 500m away via Namba Walk. If I go to Osaka I will stay here again! Seven Eleven is only in the Lobby Hotel, very close!

Plus: location is the best. really in the heart of dotonburi. Next to the lobby there are 7 eleven who can enter and exit the hotel if we hold the room key. Next to the hotel there is a don qui jote and a little street food such as delicious ramen. Recommended ramain puku near the hotel, lots of snacks like takoyaki, melon pan and others near the hotel too. For those of you who are the first time to Osaka advice to stay at this hotel, because it is very easy to find food. The location of the Namba station is approximately a 20 minute walk. While looking around, the shops will not taste. Cleanliness of the hotel is good according to the picture. the price is also in line with expectations. I booked a triple bed room. The check-in and check-out process is also fast. minus, the room is small. For 3 people and 2 large suitcases it is very difficult to put the suitcase in a convenient location to open. But it is very possible for me to return to Holiday Inn again.

1st, this is not 4 star hotel, this is only 3 star hotel!! have clarify about this. Secondly, they have no bell boy or concierge. So we have to bring our own luggage to our room. This is won't be problem if only bring 1 luggage, how about if we bring some luggage? Thirdly, they did not clean up our room its because we forgot to plug in a clean up request paper.
