部屋の入り口横にベッドがあるのには驚きましたが、その分、使えるスペースが広く感じました。作りは古いですが、大事に使われてきた様子が伝わり、雰囲気もあたたかく、心地よい空間でした。
スタッフも丁寧で、また利用したいと思いました。

정말 합리적인 가격에다가 서비스, 친절, 교통, 주변 갈 곳 다 너무 좋고요 영국식 느낌 방이 너무 좋았어요! 일반 트윈룸이었는데 전혀 부족함 없고요. 고베 또 간다면 무조건 저흰 여기로 갑니다 :)

Tiny airless room. The windows in your room won’t open. Staff will make you wait till 15:00 to check in even if rooms are available. At 15:00 there will be a big and unnecessary queue for check in.

It’s an attractive area and hotel with a traditional flavor. Bathroom a bit small and more business hotel grade than one would expect with the price. Surroundings are good with excellent restaurants, but I found it difficult getting into some of these places whether it was because they were booked or too exclusive to let a new customer in.

Given a corner room on 4th floor. No view whatsoever and a constant low humming machine noise, maybe an exterior ventilator. A very dreadful 2-day trip to the Ijinkan area. Not returning.

Great location for fun. Close to Sannomiya restaurants and bars, easy walk to the Herb Gardens. Staff were friendly and spoke enough English to understand me. The room was clean but the mattress (as always in Japan) was a little too firm. Would definitely recommend for a great central location when visiting Kobe.

Overall, my stay was comfortable. The rooms and hotel however dated, the amenities were adequate. The staff ensured cleanliness of the room. The bed was quite comfy.
Location wise, it is close enough to the shopping district and 10 mins walk to the sannomiya and motomachi train stations. The hotel vicinity is quiet given its proximity to the shopping district.

Stay was fine other than lack of air conditioning. Seems like hotel turns this on seasonally, and I arrived too early for the change from heat to air. Opening the window required a hotel employee and helped some, but the neighborhood was noisy with the window open. Very good breakfast.

Good location, walking distance to mainline and subway stations. Plenty of restaurants and activities within a 5-15 minute walk. Hotel was good, a little expensive but it was a last minute booking.

I received a warm welcome by the reception. The room was large by Japanese standards with a separate powdering room adjoining the bathroom. There was a king size bed and I had a restful stay.

総合的にはよかったです。スタッフの対応も気持ちよく、駐車場の案内もスムーズでした。ただ部屋の絨毯が濃い色のせいか、ベッドや家具の隅の埃が目立ちました。それとやっぱり全体的に古い感じがしますね。雰囲気は独特でたまにはこのレトロ感も良しですが…。
朝食は普通でした。種類も少なく、ローストビーフは期待外れかな。でも、リーズナブルなお値段で宿泊できたから全然満足でした。値段を考慮すると朝食は近くのカフェなどのモーニングでもよかったかもしれません。周りにその様なカフェがたくさんありました。
今回は思い経って当日に急に決めて予約して、次の日は三宮をぶらぶらと歩いてショッピングしましたが、立地がとても良く、夜は食べ飲み歩いてとても楽しかったです。
