The hotel is newly refurbished. The bed is very nice to sleep . Very strategic location. Get out from Nippombashi Station Exit 6 then walk for around 100m to reach the hotel. Walking distance to Dotonbori Glico Man sign and also Shinsaibasi shopping street.

Fridge was not cold, but when I call to the room service, he speak english very little and after explain slowly he understand but cannot solve my fridge problem.

Great location, close to dotonbori, restaurants and shops. However, the room is too small couldn't fit for two people with large suitcases.

Nice hotel to stay, its near dotonbori area, you can walk to there, they provide things like hair mask, moisturizer, sunscreen, face mask, etc you can take what you want and need in front desk.

Location is so good near doutonbori street and station, the room small but clean and tidy. Breakfast are nice too. American, japanese breakfast are available. Overal I like the hotel ….

Room is very tiny. If you bring large luggages, you won’t fit in. But overall, we were satisfied. Very clean. Hotel is close to subway station and Dotonbori.

Location is very good, near Shinsaibashi. Hotel is very clean. But unfortunately the receptionist was charged me 1000 JPY for 1 hour late check out. Its unfair since they never told us while checked in for the latest time to check out in this hotel.
