I have been resident in the hotel in the Chagala Apartment for 10 months , at the end I can say they provided me a perfect service , the hotel is improving also with a new building , it means there are big progress in all . A big thanks to the management and as well to all people that during this year make me the life simple and normal like at home . Thank you

+ Nice location, excellent staff, good room size, fridge in the room
- dirty bedsheets (noticed red/brown/gray stains on multiple occasions), poor sound insulation, limited breakfast options. Major gripe: slow, horrible, unreliable, ATROCIOUS internet! Hotel wifi nternet is simply unacceptable.

Room sound insulation is lacking on all fronts. All rooms need a good facelift and modernisation. Just because it's one of the only hotels in the city doesn't mean you can be sloppy.
