Great hotel with the best service, especially from the staff Angel Choi and Alex. They are very helpful and responsive. I brought my 70 y old mom with me and Angel really catered to our needs. She even helped to arrange a room with shower and chair for elderly. Location is superb, close to many attractions including senado square (walking distance). Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again for my next visit.

Hotel clean and comfort. Security excellent. When enter the lift, just tapped, no need to press the floor you stay. Close to Ruins by St. Paul (500 M). Close to hawker foods.

This is a 6 star hotel not 5. Deco a bit old but the room is brilliant. Staff are helpful. Will definitely come back again.

the building and or the room is quite old, but the facilities are as good as can be expected. had a nice stay here for two nights. close to a bus terminal, within walking distance to senado square and fisherman's wharf.
