London Hotel

Strategic location, 10 minutes walk to Senado Square. From the airport, take the MT4 bus and pay with the exact amount of 6 MOP, get off the bus and just cross the street and you will see the hotel in front of the park. There is an elevator but some rooms require climbing stairs (around 6-7 steps) due to the difference in ground level.

Very strategic location, near to tourist attraction, bus stop, and culinary area. The room is just right, with proper aircon. The room, they alley and the hotel area was clean. Easy check-in and -out.

Very clean and comfortable hotel and good service, very friendly staff, close to food places and downstairs there is an Indonesian shop. Will come back here again

This is the best value hotel in Macau. Usually my husband is the one who complains but in this hotel everything is very special. Near the bus stop and just walking distance to Senado and Grand Lisboa. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will come back here again

The staff are nice and helpful. Even though some have trouble in speaking English but they still eager to try to help. Room is very clean and comfortable, with complete toiletteries. Location is very great and near the Senado Square where we can go for shopping, eating local food, and go to the St. Paul ruins. Will go back here again if I visit Macau again.

The best the receptionist friendly and so helpful we have a problem when we booked room include breakfast for 2 person but when early morning we go to restaurant and ask the receptionist he say not open cause (corona virus), so we go around to buy our breakfast. But when we come back at the hotel, the receptionist ask his boss about my problem and the boss solve my problem with give me money as much as the price for breakfast for 2 person at this hotel we know not much but he want to responsibility with that thanks a lot I love this hotel so much big room, clean, hot water so good, near famous place st ruins etc!!!!!! Good job

Overall, the hotel is quite good in terms of location which is near Senado Square and supermarkets. However, I feel pretty unsatisfied with the female receptionist who is not friendly-lack of smiles and welcoming greeting words. May I recommend her to learn more about hospitality. Fortunately, the male receptionist I met in the next day was very helpful and friendly with full of service-minded nature. Especially thanks him for calling the taxi for us. Another point is that the size of room seemed smaller than I saw on the internet. I was assigned to stay on the 2nd floor , eventhough I sent the special request of the high floor at the time of booking. I thought the rooms might be full on that day, so it wasn’t the big issue for me. But the thing that made me stunned was that after walking out of the elevator, I had to continue walking up the ladders with the big luggage in order to reach the room 207. If you plan to book in this hotel, please make sure with the receptionist about the location of the room and the size or amount of your luggage.If you accompany small luggage, you will not encounter any problem of holding and lifting the heavy baggage by walking up to your room.

This is hotel is located in Macau City Center and is 5 mins walk to the Senado Square where Ruins of St.Paul is located. Hotel is very clean and secured. This is also near the bus stop. You can ride a bus 26 to the airport. The hotel staff is accommodating and speaks English well. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

This hotel is very strategic and easy to access. Cleanliness, comfort and convenience to stay can be enjoyed. The fact that usually there must be someone who leaves an access card when leaving the room to keep the electricity running, is not necessary in this hotel. So you can go home traveling ac can still turn on without an access key. Bravo!

The room smaller than the photo/picture, the bathroom smell not good, but they location is perfect.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. It had everything we need. Just enough for a place to rest and sleep after a long day of touring around Macao.

This hotel has a perfect location especially when you want to visit some tourist spot in Macau. Ruins and senado square is just a minute walking distance. Never regret staying in this hotel. Thumbs up!

The receptionist is very helpful and speaks well in English. Since it is our first time to visit the place, we always ask directions from him. WiFi is strong also even in the room. Room is just okay.

The place was nice and clean. And just a walking distance to some of the tourist spots (Senado Square, The Ruins, Etc.) There are also lots of restaurants nearby.

I booked the discounted standard double bed room through app. The room was inconveniently located right in front of the lift, can hear people walking and talking. The room was very humid, there was a spider, the floor had cracking sound every time I moved, the sink was a bit clogged, took around 20 mins to get the water down the pipe, there was no floor separator between the shower area and toilet area, so the whole bathroom will be wet when you shower. I upgraded to the not discounted twin bed room, added MOP100 paid by cash, the floor also had cracking sound all over (but better than the discounted room), located beside the lift (also can hear people walk and talk), there was 1 cockroach but it disappeared when I called the receptionist. There was no shampoo and shower gel, only a soap bar was provided daily. There were towels, tooth brush and paste, shower cap, cotton bud, hairdryer, water, tea, water boiler. The 2 receptionists who attended me were helpful and polite, their response was what stopping me from exploding. Another good thing is that you can keep luggage before check in and after check out. The receptionist allowed early check in when the room was already cleaned at 1 pm.

Just not room 1105, the ceiling has black marks and room numberis printed in bond paper. Everything else is good.

Macau hotels are expensive. For this hotel, you get what you paid for.
