Macau Masters Hotel

Pleasant stay, the room is clean all goods except on the repairs in other rooms quite disturbing, I keep on telling them to stop using the hammer while we are sleeping, they will stop but after 10minutes they continue. But all in all we love the room. Will definitely come back.

Its good location near to Senado Square, St Paul only walk 15 mins, but in front of hotel when we coming have road construction, there are no taxi in front of the hotel so we need to walk 5 mins.

Hotel building looks very old from outside, but the inside is quite nice. Room is spacious and clean. There's a 200 MOP deposit when you check in. Location about 15 minutes walk from Senado square. Next to hotel is supermarket so quite convenient to buy water etc. Overall nice stay. Note: we stayed in December so it was very cold, but unfortunately room heater system didn't work. The staffs responded quickly and tried to fix the problem to no avail, giving us extra blanket in the end.

Very close to Senado Square, it can be very fitting in the corner so the rooms are different from those in the middle.

Very accessible to all places that you want to visit in Macau. Nice room. Hotel staff should improve on their service in terms of food ordering in the guest rooms and also how they speak and deal with visitors who can't speak their language. Better to have staff who can speak English so we are bale to understand instruction. Generally, the hotel is nice! I recommend this place for everyone to stay. :)

The hotel is easy to find, not far from sofitel 16. In front of the hotel there is a bus stop directly to the ferry macau terminal. Friendly receptionists, and Indonesian staff. Very helpful. Unfortunately the mattress is very hard. Clean rooms, oh yes don't take with breakfast

Good place. We didn't have a hard time looking for it because it's just in front of the bus stop. We had a comfortable sleep here., too.

The hotel is pretty okay, for the location it is also very strategic and easy to find. It's just that one of the servants is quite bitchy and not too welcome with us.

Room very clean... The access to city is easy... You can only walk.... To macau museum.... St. Paul church.... Overall you have 2 thumbs from me.....

Arrive at Macau Ferry Terminal 01:30 AM, Because there is no shuttle bus to this area, a taxi takes 48 dollars. Check In at 2:05 AM, Friendly Staff, I immediately mentioned booking and giving a Passport, a 500 Dollar Deposit fee, will be returned at Check Out. Get room no. 515, 5th floor. When you enter, it's true as mentioned in the reviews of some guests, it smells a little damp, but it's not too much of a problem for me, not to disturb my comfort, good hygiene. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but the cleanliness is good. The mattress was a bit hard, but because I liked the flat and rather hard mattress, it did not reduce my comfort. AC and TV are good. Overall for the price offered and the facilities provided, I am quite satisfied because according to the Value, especially hotels in Macau are arguably expensive, Macau Masters is one of the reliable options.

Room was okey but the bed was so hard. People at the font desk were so accommodating..
