Very good deal for 3 bedrooms apartment. There are also 3 bedrooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to the biggest mall in Penang and nearby the airport. It's recommended!

The distance from Penang airport is only 15 minutes. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom amenities are also very good, especially with sustainable. The breakfast is delicious although not too varied.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The facilities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. However, I noticed a limited presence of local staff, which I believe could enhance the guest experience even further. Employing more local staff could add a unique cultural touch and provide guests with authentic insights into the local area. This approach would also contribute to supporting the community. I highly recommend the hotel consider this for an even more enriching experience. Overall, a fantastic stay—thank you!”.

Hotel new and very clean. Staff very friendly. Room very clean and cool. Breakfast generous and everyday menu different, everything was delicious. Sure will stay here again when come back to Penang.

Love everything about this hotel. The atmosphere was pleasant from the lobby to the room, making us feel very welcome. The service was impeccable and we received complimentary Anniversary room decoration by surprised. We will definitely be back here again. Thank you.

The room is very spacious and can accommodate 3 people because there is a long sofa provided. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you want to stay close to the airport and Queenbay Mall, it is very suitable. Only a 10 minute journey around Rm 7/9 by Grap.

The rooms are clean and like mentioned by most travellers, they are aged. Breakfast was good with a wide spread of eggs, bread, cheese, fruits. Still a good place to stay.

This place is good and rooms are amazing. But it seems like a work in progress since we could hear someone trying to drill something in room above us. Hotel has amazing potential and needs to start in room food service, a fully loaded buffet. Overall very pleasant stay.
