Its a nice hotel, located in the middle of bukit bintang area. Easy access, even have access in front of hotel to cross to the other side. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but not an issue, a lot of place to go eat nearby.

Great location, spacious room, cleanliness can be improve. Ask for large bed but get the twin bed.

I have always stayed at ANSA hotel given it ' s prime location and price. However my recent stay at ANSA, the hotel room wasn't cold as it used to be. Housekeeping was tip top. As for the bathroom, I just wish it wasn't facing the bed and the sink wasn't in the middle. Another event I stayed at ANSA on 25th May 2024, he asked me to present my IC card. He didn't accept my passport. Luckily I had it with me because usually during international travels, I don't take my IC with me. I was never treated that way. Also he asked me to come down and remit payment when I was very ill … he demanded me to come down. The guy name is NICK, wearing glasses.

The location is Wow! Room and bathroom size are good. Though the beddings are not ideal and need to be cleaner.

We came in heavy rain. To bad the lobby doesn't have any patio cover to prevent the rain. Our bags was wet. Maybe reconsider to add it. We stay during weekend. To bad during sleep time between 1am-3am, there were lot of noice from the street (people shouting, big exhaust sount from sports car).
