Hotel is currently on going refurbishment and expect some little noise during day time. The rest of the day, lovin it! Special thanks to the staffs, Aiman and Melanie make me feel like home:)

We always stay here in penang, because we went to adventist hospital which is just across the street, beside the hotel there is a mall, kfc and some restaurants, shops, we can walk also to gurney mall so the location is good. We stay in junior suite, the room got living room, 2tv, 1 bathroom. Overall is good.

Late checked in around 11 pm and stay in the room at 12th floor. Everything just fine except for air conditioning which is not functioning well. A bit hot in the room. Since I checked in late and I was so tired so decided not to change the room.

So closed with adventist hospital, but food like or dislike, breakfast with vegetarian style, incld with hotel rate.

At that price the facilities are quite complete. The breakfast menu is also delicious and quite varied. The staff is very helpful, every time you need room service it is always provided and attended to. The staff is also quick to respond if there are problems and need help. If I go to Penang again, I will definitely stay at Berjaya again.
