The room needs to be cleaned well. The condition of the bed, sheets, pillows is dull, the floor still has hair. The toilet is not clean, the floor is dirty. I hope the hotel takes appropriate action regarding the cleanliness of the room. The room does not have an iron, if you want to iron you need to go to another level. not every level has an iron.

Will not stay in this Hotel anymore the room Humidity, old bed and furniture the carpet so old many stain and not clean the Hotel windows full with kind fungus covered all windows. Those windows didn't clean for years. Hotel corridor to our room dark, Humidity, smell not good and creepy too. Really dispointed with this Hotel. The breakfast was OK. The Hotel location close to the mall and bus station and night Market. Sorry didn't take pictures cause make me sick. Luckyly we stayed only 2 nights and most the time we were out cause not comfortable to stay in this room

Everything is OK and good. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Services given are good too. Only setback is the location of the hotel. Due to the road construction around that area, many roads are closed. Other than this setback, everything is fine and good.

My plan change last min instead of staying with my husband. My son followed too and the premium room was big we manage to add one more bed at the hall area. It 's was great and the fridge was medium size too can store our balance food. Overall our family felt happy. The staffs are great too friendly and helpful ❤.

Near the RF mall, but unfortunately many of the shops are closed and there is a free bus transfer to City Square, it is also close if you want to cross to Singapore.

This hotel has a great location for travellers from Singapore which near to the CIQ. Opposite to are&F mall and 10 mins walk under the shelter from jb central CIQ to GBW hotel. Recommended for family too. They have bath tub at certain rooms and open air swimming pool at level 7. However the breakfast just so so.

No Smile Service. They were just unfriendly. From the time we checked in, when re entered the dining area for breakfast, and when we checked out. We asked to borrow scissors and they would not let us borrow. We called again and they did not want to pick up. The room had a leaking ceiling, The bathroom shower door was taped up and broken. We asked that they fixed it but the wouldn't. Awful stay and made us not like Johor Bahru as a destination.

Try recovery again. Closed wardrobe with refrigerator. The room is very old school. Reclining sofa, exercutive room is not like its name.
