This morning we wanted to check out, but it turned out the hotel was full of school children staying there, the elevator was full, we tried to go down the emergency stairs to check out because we were going to the airport for an early morning flight. When we got down to the exit, the emergency door couldn't be opened, we had to use access (according to the staff, it wasn't open), so we went back up to find an elevator to go down, the goods elevator wasn't working while the guest elevator was full, we decided to cut the elevator queue and finally we were able to check out and rush to the airport. My suggestion: the hotel staff should be ready to handle a large number of guests like this morning and the emergency door should not be locked because if there is an emergency, it can be dangerous because there is no exit.

The hotel room and bathroom are clean, the hotel staff are very helpful, for foreigners there is a hotel tax of 10 RM and a key deposit of 50 RM. The hotel is very strategically located in the middle of the city, can be reached by bus from KLIA airport to pudu central (bus terminal) (hotel in front of the terminal), near the bukit bintang shopping center (KLCC, alor street, pavilion, sungei wang etc.) can be reached on foot

Actually, the condition of the room matches the price. But if you prioritise location, you're in luck because this hotel is convenient if you plan to visit places like Pavilion, TRX, Alor, and other popular spots in Kuala Lumpur. Plus, there's a bus stop right in front. Pretty great.

Nice hotel with good service. You can leave your luggage when checking out. There is also a scale for your luggage. Highly recommended to stay here. Close to Jalan Alor if you want to eat at night. There is also a place to eat next to the hotel ππΎ

Highly recommended. I checked in at 3 am and the room was ready. The officers and staff were friendly. The room was clean and nice. There are many snacks around the hotel. It's close to everywhere. The lobby is big and comfortable. 10/10 ππ
