Overall the experience staying here is awesome apart of the breakfast I guess. Staffs are very nice and polite. Rooms are okay for the price they charge. Location extremely strategic.

second time went to this hotel and stay for 2 nights. it's a nice place. comfy. close to all the transports. especially KL SENTRAL station. 10 minutes walking distance. rooms are nice. clean. spacious. and great staffs.

Overall I love the location as it is literally near the train station lrt, MRT name it all lines at Kuala Lumpur Sentral. The hotel though needs renovation as amenities are quite old. The breakfast is also OK

Strategic location for work, Nu Sentral Mall and comfortable stay. However, cleaniness of the room needed to be look into as top priority as we spotted a few cockroaches crawling around the room especially toilet and on the floor near to bed upon entering the room.

room is clean, even is old and bathroom also clean and complete..hot water at shower is running well, breakfast is good and complete...location is near of KL sentral so you can walk to the station for cheap transportation..overall is recommended

The location is very strategic, very close to the central area, especially the monorail. There is a laundry across the street and an iron is provided. The room is ok, the hot water is always on.

Feels like a hotel in the horror movies. Shower head is the kind that is fixed to the wall. Booked 3 nights stay but went on to book a different hotel right after checking in. Won't recommend this. Pay a little bit more a get a better hotel instead! Wifi doesn't really work either.

All good, friendly staff, quick check in process and had to pay myr 10 for government tax. Room facilities are like other hotels, there are towels and provided toothbrushes+toothpaste and soap (recommended to bring your own toiletries), mineral water is provided in a dispenser outside the room (cold and hot). Wifi is very fast with no issues. So far everything is good. Hotel is close to nu sentral mall, Kuala Lumpur sentral Station (LRT/MRT/KTM/Bus) and Sevel Mart, kk mart, ABC restaurant is open 24 hours.
