I ordered for 2 days 3 nights but the date was wrong so I ordered 2 bookings for the same date then I asked the CS for help to change one date but they couldn't. Finally all my bookings were forfeited because the CS couldn't help.

The lights often jump suddenly, I thought it would turn on and off only at night but it was the same during the day. The AC was also not cold. Toothbrush was not given, called 3 times (waited for almost an hour) but it was not delivered. Finally I went to the receptionist

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, it is highly recommended for those of you who are traveling to Kuala Lumpur, don't forget to look for the Pudu Sentral Hotel, it is really great, the place is not far from the city center, it is not difficult to find food, there are many shops around the hotel

The room is too dark, not really well maintained/cleaned and definitely does not look like in the photos. (We found a small cockroaches lingering in front of our room) The staff and security were great tho. And just skip the breakfast please.

Room and bad very low quality air conditioner totally 😭 not working. Kitchen service not available after 2 pm. It 's not good. Improve.

The hotel is not like the picture booked on the app, the room is very old and smelly. As soon as I checked in, I opened the door and the air conditioner water was dripping wet in the room. The toilet is extremely old. The room smelled, after a few hours of being away, cockroaches from small to large crawled all over the room, even from the toilet to the bed. I went down to tell the receptionist to change the room, the receptionist said there were no more rooms and refused to change the room for me, I told them to go to the app themselves to refund the money. As a result, I had to leave the room and accept losing the money, even though I hadn't stayed a day. I had to book a new hotel right away. The experience was extremely bad, I have never seen a hotel as bad as this one. I have never reviewed any hotel before, but this hotel is terrible.
