The room is too dark, not really well maintained/cleaned and definitely does not look like in the photos. (We found a small cockroaches lingering in front of our room) The staff and security were great tho. And just skip the breakfast please.

Room and bad very low quality air conditioner totally 😭 not working. Kitchen service not available after 2 pm. It 's not good. Improve.

Location okay. Room and facilities okay, but a little bit old and they don't make any maintenance or replacement for old things. Breakfast food not bad at all.

The room is very old, dusty, the air conditioner is noisy, the door is not tight, the hallway carpet has a musty smell.

Strategic location, quite large room, quite good breakfast. The problem is: the staff is not very friendly in welcoming guests and the service is lacking. There are many small cockroaches in the room, the building is old. The television is blurry and there are not many channels.

Please give the guest announcement or news if they have to pay tax at the hotel, why we have to pay hotel tax for stay, while we already pay for hotel booked.
