Strategic location, convenient to move around the city from hotel. Room is clean, room facilities is working in good condition. Happy with my pleasant stay in this hotel. Highly recommended! Good price too!

The room in this hotel is quite okay yet they have given us as we requested for the view. Their service and hospitality is excellent. The location is not really near from Bukit Bintang but we still could manage. We still enjoy our stay here 😊

Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations, making it uncomfortable to stay. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I really liked my stay here! Great location, easy access to all my planned trips (Alor Street, trx exchange, Sentral Market, Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur sentral, etc). I was delighted to know they have electric kettle, mini fridge (which actually works!), and hairdryer in the room. Tea+coffee and 2 water bottles for amenities. Comfortable chair. Extra pillow in the closet. Great view from the window too! Staff was nice, you can put your luggage in the lobby even when you're not checked in yet. Will definitely recommends to friends.

The hotel was clean, the receptionist was helpful, they equipped the bathroom with complete toiletries. The room is being cleaned everyday - even if I didn't ask. The location is near bukit bintang - pasar seni - alor. You can find many foods and activities. Its also near 24 hours 7eleven & KK store

During check in time, we have been asked to give deposit rm 50 + rm 10 and the reception staff said that they will return all the money upon check out time. In fact, the staff return our money only rm 50 and he said that rm 10 for tax and will no be returned to us but we should sign the receipt that we have received all of the money (the balance on the receipt is ZERO). Any explanation?

Clean room and spacious and friendly staff. I brought my family to Kuala Lumpur for Kuala Lumpur marathon 2024 and stayed here. The location is near to Dataran Merdeka (900 m), Alor Street and Bukit Bintang within walking distance. There are lot of restaurants and minimarkets also around the hotel, KK and 7eleven.
