The room was generous in size, and at the far side of the adult swimming pool so was peaceful too. In the main the staff were pleasant, particularly there outside staff, maintenance and gardening. Location was good, not far from the beach, shops, restaurants etc.

👍Staff friendly, bilik, bilik air dan kawasan hospitality bersih walaupun dah lama, kawasan mandi budak-budak luas dan bersih, terjaga. 👎Koridor yang pendek tempias air hujan, juga letrik tak disediakan setiap bilik, so tak sesuai untuk ada baby yang kena bancuh susu malam-malam kena sediakan termos sendiri untuk tak keluar setiap kali nak ambik air panas, dan tak semua tingkat sediakan cukko hanya satu tingkat saja, toiletries yang free tiada, hanya sabun sja, bukan oku friendly

Poor maintenance. No hygiene at all. No toiletries provided (they call it 3 star hotel) no intercom. Toilet doors lock automatically, I had to go down with to call assistant to unlock my toilet door. Totally a very worst experience.

Strategic location. Tetapi servis sangat mengecewakan. Perkhidmatan kaunter sangat tidak efisyen. Hotel juga sangat kekurangan petunjuk arah no bilik.

I am visiting the hotel for many times. The facilities are basic but OK. You will get 3 in 1 soap, water can get from dispenser, etc. Rooms are old but clean and maintained. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Swimming pool is heaven for kids.

It is not possible to change the date even during the PKP Season because the crossing ban has not been lifted. Only money loss.

No parking available. Since it's good to find it on the right side of the road ... don't park on the left yes..I've got a suit. The pool is ok, it's pretty ... it's just like the island's decor ... so it's kind of restricted because of the cement. The risk of children being violated. When you get wet after taking a bath ... you can't use the elevator. She is quite “gayatri” too… but ok je kot. Extra carefull for those little ones that are creeping..fuhh scary. Another one is ok..the dining area is close, the beach is close ... the shopping area is close ... you can walk. To rate “fair” but not the button select “fair” plaque. There is "awesome" with "unsatisfying". Whatever it is ... it's ok for anyone to choose a hotel as a bath, tido and self-care. Afternoon for outdoor activities. The best ... the spacious ... the spacious. The staff is friendly. Congratulations to the landscons. I wish you continued success.

The hotel is good close to Cenang Beach and the shopping center, only we got a swimming pool front room so it was noisy, Then when checking in we had to wait until 3 o'clock with the receptionist who had no smile. But overall a good one, near everywhere.

Good place and location to stay with very reasonable price. However the bed is uncomfortable, very hard.. Also they should provide extra towel if requested. Swimming pool is not properly clean especially adult pool. Too much chlorine and felt itchy after swimming..
