What I like about this hotel is despite the cheap price, it is a good and clean place to stay. I requested for late check in because of my late arrival and the receptionist although not too formal is a friendly guy. The shower is great and kind of romantic.

Be aware of the check in hours. On the app says 1pm, but once you arrived at the hotel, the reception told me it 's actually 2pm. The building location is a bit hidden by the food court area. It 's next to the McD. Everything 's well enough. Nothing too special. Aircon, hair dryer, TV, shower, toilet working well.

The room itself was pretty and had everything you need like a kettle, hairdryer and even a large screen tv. There's also breakfast provided. However, the towels are rather dirty looking with visible marks. I thought that with the price i'm paying at the very least the towels should still look presentable and not a smudged grey with yellow stains. It honestly looked more like some old rags which you use to wipe your feet. The actual cloth for wiping feet were much cleaner and whiter than the towels themselves. The internet is also very slow and I couldn't use my own phone data as there was barely any line in the room. I think the most uncomfortable was the karaoke that was going on past midnight. My room didn't even have any windows and was located right in the center of the building yet I could still hear some Chinese uncle singing with the beat going boom boom boom past midnight. The first night wasn't so bad but the 2nd night had a more enthusiastic singer so it ended really really late at night. If you're a late sleeper, bring your own towel and don't mind these things then this is a good place to stay as there's a mcdonalds right outside and aeon is just 5 mins walk away. If you're prone to headaches and migraines though, this is a nightmare. Better to stay at tune hotel which is much cheaper, much more peaceful, has clean white towels and is located right at the heart of kuching's famous landmarks and foods.

For standard rooms the bed is very small with a 3 foot bed. How do you want to sleep for 2 people in a 3 foot bed, where the hotel is strategically located is easy to find food and close to Aeon Mall. If it can be fixed, the bed is a bit big.

A pleasant hotel, in the middle of the city, close to the Aeon Mall, right behind. It is close to where to eat, there is an MCD and it is close to the Timberland Hospital for those who seek treatment, the breakfast is good, and does not count the number of people who eat, are free, our driver, can eat there while staying somewhere else. The staff are very friendly and fast service. Twice already in the same place.

The hotel is quite strategic, not much different from the pictures shown. Rooms & toilets are also clean, in the lobby and hotel hallways even in special rooms with superior swings, suitable for carrying families. But parking is rather difficult and breakfast choices are few. To eat because it's located in the peace so you don't need to worry. Fortunately, I have booked online beforehand because if you book a room directly at the place, the price is quite different and expensive. Thank you Traveloka🙂👌

Everything was okay, just a pity the TV had no broadcast at all and the air conditioner controller was located on top so I had to climb up using a chair to regulate the temperature of the air conditioner. Clean, good rooms, lots of amenities in the room, located next to the Aeon Mall. Breakfast is good only if you add a porridge menu so that the elderly and children can also eat.
