Disappointed. In a terrible run down condition. No water heater supply to room, no towel provided, water cistern cannot flush. TV provided but was not working. Only consolation staying there was that it was quiet, no neighbouring doors banging closed in the late night.

A nightmare. It's in a very rundown state. Smells soggy. Checked in to the room and immediately checked out. Owner penalized me for the next subsequent night even when I checked out immediately. Photos on Agoda are fake. Let me show you photos of the actual condition... Suggest going to Merchant Express/Limbang View hotel, or Prime Hotel, or Royal Park Hotel, or some of the homestay in Limbang. We need this hotel to close down. Fraudulently post misleading photos online, and wrongfully charging customer for subsequent nights.

Very bad, there is no water heater, the bed is very hard and not comfortable, mineral water and kettle are not available in the room, request double pillow but they only give one pillow with a charge of Rm2 for one pillow

Family room 213 is very dirty...the toilet is dirty and not washed....
