Staying for 3 nights but no house keeping. I wonder if they change the bedsheet and comforter or not before I check in because it smell bad. Please do pest control cause lots of small cockroaches in the room. Receiption staffs must be more profesional and behave well in term of appearance and attitude. I noticed most of the time the counter are left unattended. One more thing, the room 's door, fix it. Opening safe door is easier than that.

The hotel condition is way below my expectation. I've stayed at various hotels within this price range but this is the worse hotel I've ever seen. Dirty bed linen is something I could not tolerate with. The sink is leaking. The "large" room title is not as large as the title. I hope the hotel management would take urgent actions on this matters. Thanks

I booked for a duplex room for 2 night. However, I was told that the curtain of one duplex room are not installed and are not in good condition. So the receptionist gave me another room which was 3 single bed room. I was not satisfied with the room. The TV was not working, no channel at all. Very small window for a room that big and poor cleanliness. I was checked in after 5pm and checked out 2 hours after checking in. Instead of staying for 2 nights, I only stayed for 2 hours. I want a refund for 1 night.

Broken air-conditioned. Not cool at all. I have to sleep with hot air and sweat all night. Not recommend at all. Think first before you booked this hotel.

It was last day my wife and I in kuching after 3 days holiday,. and I thought is should be okey to just book Place To Stay as it is at samarahan, beaus we want early morning to drive back to Sibu. Should be fine for a night as it just few hour. But, That is the nightmares for both of us! we can't even stay for the rest of the night. Both of us directly check out after 3 hour. Wow, that was worst hotel experienced! the floor is dirty and we literally can feel the sticky floor on under our foot! the bedsheet! got hair strand, blood stain, and got dust on it. Look like they didn't wash it at all after previous person check out. Not just that, suddenly we smell stinky smell from the bathrooms. When I check it, there was pantiliner in the rubbish bin. gross! got ant on the bed and under the pillows and wall got plaster bagworm, ew. still have urine stain on toilet sit,and soap scum on the sink pipe. I feel bad for commenting a lot for this hotel, where usually I don't. But what to do,this is unacceptable. They should know in this time, (covid) cleanliness is a must. You guys better check out for another hotel, otherwise you experience this too.
