Service & room: no tissue. No slippers. Add on charge $Coffee & sugar expiring. Family room bed queen bed. Our family's not convertible in room at all day. Every single all add on money money. Is really horrible. Blackout room no aircon light twice in 1 day. Service is really bad.

The room is quite spacious, the building is old, the room smells of dust, musty smell, the water heater doesn't work, it's very noisy. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable.

The hotel is old. Everything is old in the room. The toilet was very smelly, even it 's cleaned, made us can't sleep. The towels are old, dull and torn. No slippers, no face tissue. But, the wifi was OK.

The hotel had a broken shower for a long time, the bed was itchy, the next day I asked to change the sheets because I couldn't sleep last night, the air conditioner was facing directly at the bed so it was uncomfortable, the bathroom door was directly facing the bed, the smell of the room was stuffy like the air rarely came in.

I'm used to staying here for a night's rest, only this time I didn't get slippers, I had to buy last year's slippers and they were still available in the room. Everything was ok for a rest, checkout was quick and not complicated.
