Lovely weekend 10th birthday holiday with my daughter. Nice pool, enjoyed chocolate hour, comfortable beds, nice shower. Very accommodating staff as well made it a special time away

Beautiful hotel, we felt like VIP staying there. great rooms, lovely pool and amenities. Cocktails were on point and the free chocolate hour is a stroke of genius it gets the guest happy and mingling which i would never normally do - nice touch!

The staff is wonderful. Clean facility. However, there are no drawers and the closet space is minimal. We didn't expect to have to live out of our suitcase for the week. As well, our room was right over the morning trash pick up, which was extremely loud. That made it near impossible to sleep in after a late night.

Overall stay was great, only let down by a bit mess in the toilet bowl when we came to the room. I was looking for a toilet brush to clean it but couldn't find it. Apart from that, the stay was awesome and staff was nice especially evening front desk when i asked for big rubbish bag because we had a lot of rubbish to pick up, he ran into kitchen and grab it for me. Thanks

After recently traveling through the UK this was awesome to have such and big room with lots of floor space for suitcases. The king size bed was super comfortable. The shower and bench space in bathroom was great. All round it is value for money. I will definitely beback.

Our trip was fine except for being in a room with a door to the adjoining room and we could hear every word they said.Our car being damaged by valet parking we accept as an accident, but the parking fee not being waved or some thing maybe like free breakfast to cover days without a car while its being repaired and the time spent to get the damage repaired

The hotel and the hotel staff were amazing, they knew it was my birthday and delivered a little dessert to my room. They have a VIP lift that helps to avoid the hills, so far experience was good.
