I's Plant Hotel and Restaurant

Restaurant, top quality, generous services for a lot less money than most. Most comfotable bed I have slept in for years (better than my own bed at home). Very polite staff... and only 800php a night... Room very clean and fresh, 40 metre walk from main road and roast chicken shop. The food is cheap enough in the restaurant that you would not bother however. Drinks prices were so much less than any resturant I have been into here. 40% vodka was 25php a shot, Mixer was extra - just buy a can of coke for 50php and use it over 4 or 5 x 25 php drinks. Vodka ran out, and the manager personally went out and bought another bottle to restock - now THAT'S above and beyond the call of duty. Usually in this country they say "Sorry Sir, no stock". This hotel/resto is a cut above the rest.. the swimming pool is amazing also. WiFi didn't work in the rooms though. Globe data is quite bad through the entire area, not just the hotel. WiFi was ok in the lobbie if you are really desperate to connect. 5/5 Team I's Plant !! Thank You

I would have chosen Average but there is no option for it. It's because they do not have an automated system to check my paid booking last March 2019 and the receptionist was not able to trace my booking from their bookings written manually on a notebook (paper). The internet/mobile signal was so bad, that I cannot even check my email. If not for the printed copy of an email confirmation from app that I brought with me showing I already paid, they would have bumped us off. Because we are a couple, I booked for a standard room with a single queen-sized bed but we ended up staying on a tiny room with 2 single-sized beds positioned oppositely because they were not able to reserve the room I initially booked. Due to exhaustion and hunger, I did not have the strength to argue and just took their alternative offer. On the other hand, as courtesy, they let us transfer to another big room the next day with the bed I have initially chosen. However, the hot shower was not working. I assumed that they would not be able to offer us alternative room since the hotel is fully booked, so again, I just let it go. During check-out, again, they could not trace my booking and the worst, misplaced the printed copy of my agent confirmation. But maybe because it was so early in the morning and they were very sleepy, they just let us go without checking. If not for the above experience, it would have been an awesome stay because their restaurant food was good and the room service was efficient. I hope this review would help them improve their front-desk/booking system and amenities.

Best deal. Affordable price for a place to stay. Haven't tried swimming in their swimming pool yet. Only that, in their restaurant time of serving of foods is too long.

The hotel is small but it felt like I'm staying at 4star hotel. My experienced from friendly reception personnel, the yimmy and not so expensive cost of their food from restaurant and entertaining band, the comfy rooms were unforgettable. Next time, I'll try having fun swimming on their pool. So I'll see you soon.

Look very good from the outside, the pool is fantastic, restaurant is good but the rooms need a major clean-up (moisture, smell bad, air conditioning barely not working). Also only 1 house keeping for 5 days.

There was no record of the reservation I’ve made when I inquired upon arrival at the hotel.fortunately, I have screenshots of the booking details and the payment charged to my credit card.what if the hotel was fully booked at that time? where would have I stayed? will I be refunded of the payment already charged to my credit card? just imagine the inconvenience I had to go through because of some incompetent staff in charge of the records!
