Room is clean but no wifi no water in sink they even turn off my a/c at 2am onwards and wont turn back on

Absolutely theWORST hotel! Seriously, the worst! I wonder where those 3stars came from. No WiFi, no toiletries, no shower, no hot and cold. No water supply in the morning... also, it's dusty. 😠 😡 😤 😣.

Staff were accommodating until the person at the front desk (Julie) didn’t let me use the small comfort room at the lobby even though my companions were allowed to use it. She was directing me to the carwash comfort room. I am disappointed by this kind of treatment. Very rude! I will not recommend this hotel. We were patient when room service arrived 1 hour after and caused our delay, the room was infested by red ants and no toiletries were provided but this treatment is not acceptable.

Quite disappointed on my overnight stay. Hotel looked good from the outside: a nice 4-storey high building, ample parking space and a clean reception area. But the problem started when we were assigned on the 4th floor (room 404) and the hotel did not have a lift. One has to exert effort in climbing the flight of stairs as it was a bit steep. The room was dimly lit as one of the lights was busted, the aircon unit was dirty. There was no water heater, no mirror in the toilet, and toilet door couldn't be closed because there was no door knob. In the middle of the night, we were awaken by leaking sounds that originated from the ceiling, where the busted light was. I still gave Rose Hotel a two-star rating because if not for the number of misses, it would have been a good place to stay. It is not too expensive, it's a fairly new building, and the room set-up was not really that bad.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Laoag! I've been here many times. The rooms are clean and overwhelming . They always change the bedsheets. Staffs here are very welcoming. And the rate is very affordable! This place is perfect and elegant! I also love eating ilocano food here.I called the front desk attendants and I ordered some food and they served it in just 10minutes! Freshly cooked. Yum!
