Stayed in room 1426 and gotta shoutout to Mrs. Shahad at the reception – she was super helpful and welcoming! And Mr. Zakir from housekeeping did an awesome job keeping everything spotless. They both were super helpful and just the sweetest. Thanks so much! 😉.

The female receptionist was not friendly in welcoming, asked for a connecting room but was immediately answered that there was none without checking first, old furniture needed repair especially the bed, felt swaying because of the old springs.

Getting apartment-like room, with small kitchen 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Prime location, super quick response for help or complaint. I even think they have special technical team in every floor 😂. Breakfast was standard except the last sahoor they serve salmon. I think they need to upgrade kitchen to have microwave instead of unused stove.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfort. And our view is Haram. The breakfast is international and complete enough for us Masyaallah. What a great experiences stay in this hotel for 4 nights
