Got scammed! They said the room was being repaired, the AC was moved to a crappy sister hotel and it turned out the room price was very cheap. Only got a compliment of transportation to the airport. We were angry because the difference in the room price was very large, more than the airport transportation, but they didn't want to give a refund. Sad.

The location is near the bus stop, near Fortcanning MRT too, if from Changi, take the MRT directly with the blue line without changing places. What you have to think about is the wifi (if you need wifi) and the hard bed 😀. The rest is okay according to the price for me, a family of 3.

Bad service and no smile. Room is bad and room is dirty, my bed they don't clean as usual, first night I sleep my body is itchy and there is a bugs on it and I ask the receptionist and complain about it. But they don't even feels sorry about it. Room 201 guys must becareful don't stay that room. My skin full of bugs and I get treatment back. Home because of the bugs.

Hotel location is convenient for hang out because it nearly Clarke Quay. Reception staff service mind is great. Please be note that this hotel is empty a hand-held bidet.

We're very happy stay at here. Room is very clean. And air condition very cold. Hanya saja tidak dapat air minum. Ada penitipan luggage di reception. Jika ingin early check in dikenakam biaya tambahan. Kami akan kembali ke sini lagi. The christmas decoration is looks amazing
