Hi!
I will give my honest opinion.
Rooms are way too dark.
Mirror are tiny and without light
Trash cans in the room too small.
Beds are not comfortable.
Great location

Horrible experience. The hotel is so run down it’s embarrassing. The hallways are disgraceful, wallpaper comes off, wood parts are broken, door frames broken, carpets old…. We were booked for three nights and left after two. Our toilet had vomit leftover on it. The pillows and linens are old and disgusting.
Juan from front desk was very accommodating and really tried his best. I was supposed to get an email from the front desk manager for compensation on the last night- that never happened. Nobody reached back out.
This has been my most disappointing hotel experience in years and I travel every month. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
The staff is great but they cannot make up for the horrible condition the hotel is in.

I recently stayed at Petit Palace President Castellana and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Juan, Felipe, Mada, and Mishel, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located. They offer a great stay with amazing breakfast options, providing a variety of delicious choices each morning. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Best location of Madrid. Overpriced since the rooms/bathroom integration are not so good.
There was a mosquitoe inside the room.
They only give you 1 water eventhough you stay 4 nights.
Wifi is not working for secured portals.

This is not a four star hotel up to today’s standards. Can’t wait to get back home. The location is next to a pedestrian mall area with high end shopping so there’s no local culture. Very generic the breakfast is atrocious: dirty glasses, stale bread, old looking meat and cheese, and I believe the juice was bad because it tasted like it was fermented or spicy.
The room itself is spacious, but in the deluxe loft, the air conditioning doesn’t get upstairs, the lighting is horrendous, the open concept shower means it’s cold while you’re showering.
