Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests will receive an email from the property with mandatory fees payment instructions and a health declaration within 24 hours after booking the reservation. Payment is made via a secure link and due within 24 hours of receiving the email. Guests who have not paid the fees in advance will not be able to check in. Guests who have not completed the health declaration (returned to the property via email in advance) will not be able to check-in.
