The holiday experience was quite delightful. The rooms were clean and well-arranged. The staff was cordial and gracious. The setting was serene and had magnificent views. The pool was delightful with a bar. The meals were delicious and had a diverse assortment. In summary, it was a thoroughly satisfied stay.

I stayed at Sentido Heritance Hotel, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives.
Positives:
The hotel services were good, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The room was spacious and perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy their time. The pool was a highlight—it’s a great spot to unwind.
Negatives:
While the food was okay, it wasn’t particularly memorable or flavorful. As a five-star hotel, I expected better room cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of dust under and behind the bed, and I even found some papers left behind by previous guests.
Overall, while the staff and amenities were great, the cleanliness issues left me a bit disappointed given the hotel’s rating.

Super pampered vacation, seamless hospitality from check in to check out. Super delicious culinary experience both a la carte and buffet. Rooms excelled with great housekeeping.
A most enjoyable holiday made even more pleasant by the gust relations ladies in the dining room providing excellent suggestions and service.
Worth while repeat visits.

I had a very pleasant stay at Heritance with my husband and baby. From the check in process to the checkout everything was handled very professionally. Whatever we requested for including the baby cot and a late checkout was promptly arranged. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. Room amenities were top notch. Beautiful views from the room too. Special thanks to Lalith who provided excellent service in regards to the room and housekeeping and attending to our needs. In terms of the in room dining menu, I think it could improve. Hotel is in walking distance of many eateries too which is an added advantage.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The views from the room were breathtaking, making it a true pleasure to wake up every morning. The staff were warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
The food was exceptional, with an impressive buffet spread that catered to every taste. Whether you're a foodie or just someone who enjoys variety, the dining options were simply superb. The pool area was another highlight, with a stunning pool and a poolside bar where you could unwind with refreshing drinks.
All in all, a perfect place for a getaway.
