The staff are not friendly and not helpful. Checked in late at night at 1:00 AM. Didn't know in advance that the key card deposit had to be paid in cash. Didn't have any cash with me, so asked for a transfer. The staff refused and insisted on cash only. There was no other way to help. Had to walk to find an ATM in the middle of the night to withdraw money. The room was very small, especially the bathroom, which was very narrow and had a musty smell. The bed was small and the seat was hard. The toilet didn't flush.

ข้อดี พนักงานพูดเพราะ เป็นกันเอง ห้องสะอาดไม่มีกลิ่น ขึ้น-ลงสะดวก มีลิฟท์ 4 ตัว ข้อเสีย เตียงแข็ง ผ้าขนหนูต้องไปขอเอง แถมมีกลิ่นอับ(คล้ายๆคาวปลา) โทรทัศน์มีไม่กี่ช่อง บางช่องก็ดูไม่ได้ รีโมททีวีติดบ้างไม่ติดบ้าง ประตูล็อคยาก(ล็อกแบบใช้มือบิด) ปรับอุณหภูมิแอร์ไม่ได้

Not clean at all. The air conditioned room is very smelly. Unclean equipment The water heater was broken. Some plugs don't work. There is no service at all. It's all bad. From a ladyboy.

All equipment's are getting old. The rooms are smelly. The receptions are complicated. The constructions and designs are wired, especially the bathroom. I hit the layer so many times and it's painful.
