It's really 10/10 for me. The staff are approachable and helpful. The room is very large, so clean and comfortable. There are available heater, ref, water and other body hygiene. Super recommendable to other solo traveller, lovers/friendship holidays and family tour in Thailand. It is also near to the BTS Train Station, just 1km from the Hotel. All in all, it's Perfect!

The hotel is good, but the deposit is a bit too much. Previously it was 500, now it is 1,000. I am not sure if I looked at the details when I booked. It is difficult to go and press the button. Everything else is good.

Good sleep for those with a sense of taste, clean room, quiet, convenient to travel, not expensive, there are many restaurants in the alley, usually when going to Bangkok, I never sleep in the same hotel again, this is the first place and I will make it my regular hotel.

I stayed at Livotel Hotel Kaset Nawamin Chatuchak and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is conveniently located near everything you might need. Just a short walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven (my go-to for quick essentials), along with food stalls that come alive at night, a pharmacy, and a laundry area.
The beddings were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a solo traveler from the Philippines, I felt right at home.
The locals in the area are so kind and helpful. Even with a language barrier, they were patient, and my translator app made communication easy.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience here, and I’m already considering coming back for a longer stay. Highly recommend this place for solo travelers looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

everything is ok. if there is a complaint, it is resolved quickly. at 11:30 am I called to report that the water heater was not working and someone came to replace it immediately. when checking out, the hotel also kept my suitcase for me. prime location, surrounded by food court and many convenience stores

The hotel is clean, the room cleaning service is also very good. The breakfast is okay for that price, the menu is healthy. Only the receptionist is a bit rude. And the process of this and that is a bit slow, but overall it's okay to stay here.
