2 STARS HOTEL! There is not WiFi in the rooms, they disable air conditioning during the night (confirmed by them), rooms are not clean and the gym equipment is very old. Besides, I booked through travel agency and my reservation was already paid, however they made me pay again telling me that it was not paid. Never again! Shame of them! Oh yes there was cockroach in my room.

This Serkan at front desk must be a funny boy.
Replying to the reviews of guests, concerning rhe restauranrt, but doing nothing to improve the situation.
Zero efficiency.
It s a pity because the hotel is good!

The A/C was broken and I could not set it below 27C, which I didn't like. Had to turn off the A/C and open the windows to let fresh air in.
Told management, and there was nothing they could do.

Quite nice hotel for the region, and prices very reasonable. Room was clean and everything worked properly (shower, toilet, lights, windows, plugs, fridge, etc.). I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have any comments about it except the dining area was spacious. The hotel is located a bit outside the city.

Not sure how this is five star. Or may e it was five star some time ago. Bathroom was shoddy. Air-conditioning blew dust into the room. Also the first day they tried to take advantage of us by decking the table with salad and bread then tryi g to charge us 72 Turkish lira for salad, while not disclosing salad as a chargeable item. While the money doesn't break the bank, I thought it particularly unethical and fundamentally dishonest. Salad and bread are part of any meal in Turkey with some of the food chains even offering it as menu items. I would not advise anyone to stay here. Old horrible towels and mildew in the shower. They also charge for rooms service. Thank you but No thank you Anemone, I will make a point t of avoiding your brand globally.
