Grand Hotel Gaziantep

At Grand hotel, you can experience real professional service. I loved how they pay attention to food presentation and delivery. You should be attentive though otherwise your place will be cleared before you are completely done

A great place to stay when visiting Gazientep ! Clean friendly hotel . Breakfast was really great with lots of tasty foods .

The swimming pool was closed during our visit. Also the rooms were not cleaned daily by default. Rooms above the 6th floor are fairly quiet (below not so because of the highway close by).

I stayed for a long time here, my room was not much soundproof, the highway under my window is not good, I heard cars and honks all the time. Rooms are clean and smells great, also looks on point. The bed is quite big and comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. Staff is quite nice, but in whole hotel is like one person which can speak english really bad, except the manager. In my opinion in 5 star hotel English speaking staff is a must. The food is awful, I had bad diarrhea from their pasta. If you wanna ask something about the food, they don’t understand, so you have to try your luck and just order it. Breakfast is nothing special, but not that bad. The steaks are also not good, it is just piece of meat, not steak… No one asked how I want my steak, they just gave me two pieces of meat dry as hell. Wifi is slow and in my room there was no wifi signal at all and it took them almost a week to check it. Also the room card was almost every time not working… The cleaning man was every time pursuing me and every day was waiting for some money, even he didn’t cleaned my room. The safe on my room was not working, so I had to be worried about the stack of money I had with me. Prices there were ridiculous. I enjoyed my stay in three star Ibis hotel thousand times more. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, to any European person, for us this was like 2 star hotel in nice building, next time I will definitely not go there.
