Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep

I was totally lost today and the staff of the place they were so kind with me. I really appreciate it the time to explain me how to arrive to the station and even take me to the station. This is an amazing place to stay because the kind staff, even though they don’t speak perfect English, they are very helpful

The rooms a bit outdated but still clean and comfortable. The management doing their best to make you feel welcome. An excellent location next to Havas Airport Bus Terminal, a tram stop just in the opposite.

I visited with a group of 19 people. The communication with the hotel was incredible from the beginning. We checked-in quite late (11pm) but they had all the rooms and keys prepared for our arrival, thus it took us only a few minutes to check-in the whole group. Rooms are modern, (extremely) spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Service has been amazing. All the staff is polite and always anticipating our needs. I must thank Kadir, who has been amazing in making sure that we have a comfortable stay. I must say breakfast is the jewel of the crown. Vast, varied and fresh. Coffee is good, no matter if you go for traditional Turkish coffee or an Italian-style espresso, you'll get a good one. I'd totally recommend to any kind of visitors.

Room much too warm! Aircon power poor. Aircon turns off by itself after a while even with key-card in at all times.

Throughout our stay, the staff continued to impress with their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any queries or requests we had. Their genuine hospitality truly made our experience at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel unforgettable. Overall, our time at this hotel was simply amazing, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Gaziantep.
