Hidden Hills Istanbul Airport Hotel

Good airport hotel for overnight stay when in between flights. The room was clean, confy beds, good food selection at breakfast. We used the extra cost transfer and everything went smooth. Will book again

I would not recommend this hotel. It is very nosy and poorly isolated, the cleaning ladies talk loudly at night as they clean rooms in the middle of the night! They even opened the door in our room by mistake which kept us awake for the rest of the night. The receptionists are not friendly and do not even try to arrange anything. They lie that the management will contact you to solve the issue and then just block your number and ignore emails. Very disappointing, they spoilt the whole impression of my trip to Turkey. The breakfast is pretty awful, especially the coffee and the restaurant staff, simply rude.

The hotel was pretty on the outside and the lobby but it was all downhill from there. We changed rooms 3 times because there was a very bad odor in the rooms. Then we went to the restaurant and they messed up our order twice and forgot our drinks and still charged us for all of it.

I stayed in Hidden Hills with my son from 10 to 11th August in room 316 which was the worst experience. The door of our room was violently opened at night, at 3 o’clock in the morning, producing a lot of noise and scaring my child. The intruders were employees of the hotel. After forcing the door they kept talking and making noise on the floor which kept us awake for a long time. This is a violation of privacy and left my child traumatized. A part from that, one curtain was missing in the room. As we arrived and checked in late I only discovered it once my son was in bed, so I could not ask for another room. But in any normal hotel, they check that everything is in order before renting a room!! The city lights at night and the sunlight in the morning make it impossible to sleep in this room. In the morning I informed the reception about the incident and the missing curtain. They said they were sorry and will contact the management of the hotel to discuss the compensation. No one has contacted me. The receptionists have blocked my phone number on WhatsApp and hang up when I reach them from another number. Unacceptable and shameful attitude towards a lady with a child who left your hotel traumatized and scared!! I am currently in contact with Turkish official authorities about the matter. In your response you indicate having taken steps towards a solution. What are these steps? Maybe you can start by answering the email? Or unblocking my phone number? Dishonest and shameful behavior!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had. After the flight was canceled due to weather reasons, we were transferred to this hotel and were going to stay there until the next available flight. The operators of this hotel called us in the room from the reception at midnight asking us to pay for the room that had been provided by the airline through their internal regulations in cases similar to my situation, motivating the fact that the hotel was not paid by the airline, providing us with a non-working phone number, to contact the airline and ask for what the airline was obliged to provide by contract and to ask that it pay otherwise they imposed on us either we pay or we leave the hotel immediately, moreover they called the police to intimidate us and forcibly evict us from the hotel. They caused me a strong feeling of insecurity, all my customer rights and human rights were violated. The total lack of empathy, the abuse I was subjected to, caused me a very big emotional impact, even the fact that I was undergoing treatment following some surgeries did not matter to them. This is not about a single person from the hotel, including one of the management members was present, along with the operators at the reception. It was not the work of one person not being trained, it was a decision of the management. Stay as far away from this hotel as possible.
