Istanbul Airport Durusu Club Hotel

Idiotic rules. We had a layover between 4pm till 12am. We didn’t need to sleep in the room. In all normal countries I can be a client and have guests in my room (there were 2 adults and 2 kids). Your greediness costs 3000, making us pay for the 2d room. I don’t recommend anybody to come here.

TURN AROUND and BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This review belongs to the hotel that has this testy inside. Never book with this hotel. They overcharge you with horrible poor customer service. When I asked for the manager they said they don’t have a manager!! So good luck if you a complaint.

Perfect place to relax and very close to the airport. The hotel is beautifully located in a nature reserve. The room was very clean and comfy, with a nice bathroom and a patio to sit outside with amazing views. The food from the restaurant was also very good and special thanks to the manager who made me feel super welcome! Highly recommended!

I was looking for a closest place to the airport with opportunity to enjoy outside. At first I thought - it’s a sad place as it looks so empty. I noticed it was quite old, facilities haven’t been updated for a long time, but you can tell that staff is trying their best to keep the place clean and proper. Room was huge and perfect for me and my 1 year old baby. We had our room facing a pool, and I wish we could swim there, but weather didn’t allow us. It was super calm, relaxing and peaceful. We both slept so well there. Place by itself is amazing with incredible view to the valley and the lake. Other great thing is -their restaurant. The manager of it was such an incredibly helpful kind person.Who made sure that my baby had her food warmed up at the right temperature and also helped a lot with a stroller and suggested best plates to try. Food was very tasty. It was simple but good. People who work there are really amazing and super nice. I would come back there if I had to be close to the airport again as I felt like I was special there. Recommend for those who like simple things and who enjoy calm and peaceful surroundings.

Had a lovely stay at the Durusu Club Hotel! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, just what I needed after a long trip. Plus, the location right by the airport was super convenient. The staff were all great, especially Onder who went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this place!
