I receive a notice from the hotel saying that, they were still updating the hotel which I saw was finish and beautiful... The indoor pool had no heat... I assumed they are still work on...

Exceeded expectations for a short term, 3 day stay. Desk reception was outstanding, room was great, housekeeping very attentive, & breakfast was above average for a freebie. A VERY clean & well maintained facility. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The overall experience was poor for the price. The room was dirty. The entire hall smelled like smoke, even though we booked a non-smoking room. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool, which was ice cold. The room was not clean. Breakfast was mediocre. As soon as 9am came, that's when breakfast ended, the hotel staff swarmed the area to eat the leftovers. When we were loading up to leave, a hotel staff member smoked by our car while my young children were loading up. Overall, possibly the worst hotel experience.
