Came to Little Rock for surgery and from the first moment the staff made sure we were very well taken care of.

Super clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Several nearby eateries and a dine in option. Bar also available in the hotel. Vending on all floors. No weird smells and everything worked. Definitely a good stay. Checkin was very easy and fast. Loved her! (I think her name was Asia).

Property was safe and quiet, the staff worked hard to ensure you enjoyed your stay, and the continental breakfast was quite tasty and filling.

We had an amazing visit. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

For the price on that class this is One of the best road hotels I ever been so far. Clean, indoor garage, small bar, excellent breakfast etc...

Nice quiet place to stay on way home.

It was great besides the fact that my heat didn’t work. I complained about it for 2 days in which they said they would send the maintenance man up & if he wasn’t able to fix it then place me in another room. It wasn’t until the third day in which I paid for another day that they gave me another room

This is our 2nd stay and we will continue to come back to this hotel. Friendly staff and easy to get to off of expressway

Near to highway

Me and my family booked this property while driving back from our vacation. We checked in by Ms. Monica (Front Desk Executive) on 12/28 around 6 PM in the evening and room # 201 assigned to us. 1) After reaching 2nd floor we realized that there is no room number mentioned only for 201. So after checking all the 2nd floor we have to guess our room to get in. 2) After getting in to room we observed that bath tub was logged. For which immediately informed front desk Ms. Monica. She replied that, “drainage is slow for entire hotel”. 3) Bathroom door lock was also not working 4) Bathroom exhaust fan was not working 5) Dresser mirror was broken After seeing all the above things, we thought to visit front desk and complain about this. Again Ms. Monica met us and we described all the above things to her. She started talking very unprofessionally and told the above things are not required and mandate for our stay and started arguing. She was very rude and unprofessional. A big no from me for this property in future. I also shared our checkin experience in detail while providing check-in feedback.

It was very comfortable. Margaret went above and beyond to help with the issue I had through my booking site. She worked hard and I was very pleased with all the staff
