The pool was disgustingly dirty, the room condition was was bad, carpeting was filthy as was the bed ruffle. Housekeeping only made one of the two beds and when reported that front desk, nothing was done.

Carpet in room filthy, no towel bar by sink, wallpaper peeling, baseboards missing with drywall crumbling on floor, poor water pressure, pool didn’t work for day and a half and then when it was working it was freezing cold, coffee pot broken ( which they replaced). Breakfast was decent, bed was comfortable, staff courteous. Definitely needs updated and fixed. Had 2 staff members knock at our door and then proceed to open door and come in before we could answer ( not ok). Had refrigerator and microwave which was nice.

Very friendly front desk upon check-in. Had a problem with the toilet and maintenance fixed it almost immediately. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of variety. Front desk answered questioned pleasantly and always with a welcoming nature. Housekeepers were friendly and helpful and furnished towels and paper goods quickly upon request.

The other guests were rather unruly, with little staff intervention. Elliptical was out of order and literally the handle was lying on the floor surrounded by hardware and exposed wires. The pool water was somehow "thick" and the chlorine was over powering. Time to change the water. the pool was shut down for 4 hours upon check in for undisclosed reasons, which was unsettling

Other than some chipped paint in the bathroom, I seen no issues. We were there for dance competition and the staff was very friendly and understanding of the chaos.
