Great place. Had a cold with congestion. They have a steam room that help clear me up, and a fireplace in the room to make it cozy. Great restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage across the street. Everything a guy could need.

The perfect place for a cozy stay in the heart of downtown Des Moines. My wife and I enjoyed the upscale and elegant aesthetics of the hotel, along with the spacious yet cozy set up or our room. The breakfast was by far the best that I have ever had from a hotel, and I also really liked that the spa/gym space was on it's own floor away from the main foot traffic. My only complaint with our stay was that the parking was far from ideal. Other than that one thing 10/10 would recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful. When my TV was not working, they fixed it quickly. The bed was comfortable, the hotel offered many amenities from sauna, steam room and free breakfast.

This was a beautiful hotel with a wonderful feel of luxury and elegance. We were able to walk to dining areas around and walk back to ring in the new year together. The fireplace in our room was such a lovely romantic touch of class. The breakfast and service was also very good.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s always a pleasant stay. The beds are too firm for my taste. But that’s just what it is, my preference. I will definitely stay there again.
