Pool closed. No mention on the website. Would have booked some where else. Check in clerk has music so load I couldn’t hear what he was saying. Room fire. Cat litter on the floor. Cat treats smelled like a 25 year old ashtray

Not only I was charge over $40 over what I initially paid on the Expedia app but the stuff service was horrible, laundry was filthy, dryer didn’t work, room stinkier dirty, bathroom filthy, no toilet paper, no blankets, no sheets, pillows stained and stinky.

Room was fairly clean. My problem was the lsst might of my stay. A visious storm came,heavy rain and wind. I turned the heat up but nothing happened. The room was freezing cold. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work. I had to sleep in my clothes. Thank goodness I was checking out the next morning.

Do not stay here!
Stains on the bed cover. No sheets or blanket on the bed. And I saw a cockroach. I was in the room all of 2 minutes before I left and went to the best western plus down the street. Do yourself a favor and just go there!
