Excellent overall. Some pillows were too soft and the thermostat in the room seemed to limit the heat level. Great value for the cost.

My only pet peeve would be that breakfast was advertised to close at 10:00 am Sunday only to find after a very late night that at 9:45 am it was already closed

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Dining room was clean and so was our room. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Clean rooms, streaming available if you have an acct to log in. Breakfast had many selections, very delicious. Only complaint is construction going on and the noises at night. Doors are thin.

The property is really run down. Only one elevator was working and even it sounded as if it needed maintenance. The room is again, run down and in desperate need of a refresh. The front desk was not overly friendly and the shuttle was without operating seatbelts and both drivers were not very accommodating. I wouldn’t stay here again and would think JW Marriott would roll over in his grave if he saw the caliber of this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The staff was disrespectful, the elevator didn’t work, the washer and dryer didn’t operate well, the iron in the room didn’t work, the room and entire building smelled horrible. If you value your time and money, please don’t book a room at this hotel. I had to check out two nights before my flight and had to get another hotel. They didn’t reimburse the two nights that left.

I stayed here for 7 nights with my husband. Here is my honest assessment of the pros and cons: PROS 1. Location is close to the airport 2. Complimentary continental breakfast daily (The same thing daily - Waffles, egg, bagels, cereal, oatmeal and sausage) 3. Free airport shuttle 4. Spacious room 5. Functioning heater in the room 6. A mini snack and drinks section (for purchase) CONS 1. Limited breakfast options for people who don’t eat meat. There were never any fish options. 2. The breakfast area was not big enough. It was always crowded and getting a seat was like playing musical chairs. 3. Only 1 of the 2 elevators was working, which was a nightmare. The hotel has 6 floors, you do the math on the wait times - absolutely horrible. 4. The hotel definitely has a lot of age, especially the rooms. An upgrade is needed asap. We did notice some upcoming construction, hopefully the relevant areas will be renovated. 5. The staff aren’t friendly and don’t speak. Saying good morning to housekeepers and the shuttle driver was a waste. What was hilarious is that the shuttle driver was curt and ignored greetings, but played gospel music all the way to the airport. Lol. 6. While the hotel is close to the airport, the entrance to the hotel is scary at night. Even all of our Uber drivers took a pause when they exited the highway to get to the hotel. It would make one think they’re being set up. Very strange location. 7. Public areas are dirty - stairwell and elevator especially
